biography

Seed is a purpose-led consultancy working with progressive organisations to create meaningful and enduring change. We work at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and communications – supporting leaders to align purpose, values, and practice in a fast-changing world. Our focus is on coherence: ensuring that decisions, actions, and communications genuinely reflect what an organisation stands for. We are guided by a strong social and environmental ethic. That shapes who we work with and how. Drawing on deep experience across strategic communications, advocacy, government relations, media, and stakeholder engagement, we help organisations navigate complexity and competing priorities – and respond thoughtfully to questions of responsibility, risk, and long-term stewardship. Since 2012, Seed has partnered with governments, not-for-profits, businesses, and NGOs across sustainability, public health, education, social equity, and community wellbeing. We’re here for the journey – working together toward a more sustainable and equitable future.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NGURRA

The City of the Blue Mountains is located within the Ngurra (Country) of the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples. MTNS MADE recognises that Dharug and Gundungurra Traditional Owners have a continuous and deep connection to their Country and that this is of great cultural significance to Aboriginal people, both locally and in the region. For Dharug and Gundungurra People, Ngurra takes in everything within the physical, cultural and spiritual landscape – landforms, waters, air, trees, rocks, plants, animals, foods, medicines, minerals, stories and special places. It includes cultural practice, kinship, knowledge, songs, stories and art, as well as spiritual beings, and people: past, present and future. Blue Mountains City Council pays respect to Elders past and present while recognising the strength, capacity and resilience of past and present Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Blue Mountains region.
