Hannah Surtees is a Creative Industries Project Officer at Blue Mountains City Council, where she works to support and champion the region’s thriving creative industries. With more than 25 years’ experience as a brand communication designer and project lead, she brings a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and community focus to her role. Before joining Council, Hannah ran her own design business specialising in the arts and cultural sector, with clients including Blue Mountains City Art Gallery, Regional Arts NSW, and Council’s Cultural Development and Place Management teams. Passionate about fostering connection through creativity, she is dedicated to strengthening the profile and sustainability of the Blue Mountains’ creative community.
