Nirmal Jena is an eminent teacher and practitioner of Odissi Indian dance and music. He is trained in Odissi dance, classical vocal music and in drumming (pakhawaj). He has performed and taught widely throughout Australia and overseas. Nirmal's teaching is steeped in creativity, history, philosophy and related arts.
