School Holiday Improv Workshop (Ages 12-16)

Join Scary Strangers for a fun and energetic School Holiday Improv Workshop, open to all experience levels followed by a live showcase! Get ready to play, laugh and think on your feet! From 10:00am–12:00pm on Sunday, October 11, participants will learn the basics of improvisation through games, creative exercises and collaborative scenes. Whether you’re completely new to improv or already love performing, there’s something for everyone. Then, straight after the workshop, participants will take to the stage for a live 30-minute showcase from 12:00–12:30pm, where family and friends are invited to come along, cheer them on and enjoy the fun. 🎭 Improv Workshop: 10:00am–12:00pm 🌟 Live Showcase: 12:00pm–12:30pm 📅 Sunday, October 11 📍Venue: Wentworth Falls School of the Arts 👧🧑 Age Limit: 12-16 years All experience levels welcome Scary Strangers are experienced educators, having worked previously on the faculties of Pymble Ladies College, SCECGS Redlands, Sydney Girls High School and Sydney Grammar Preparatory School. Ru and Tom have also provided School Holiday Workshops for theatres including Q Theatre at The Joan, Improv Theatre Sydney, as well as working with children in juvenile detention.
