We are living at a time of intense global strain, and with that friction there's a growing undercurrent of collective resistance against systemic exploitation, the erosion of personal privacy, and an ever-widening wealth divide.
For the first piece in this series, a globe-like form is layered with textured blue and white slips that recall the natural beauty and fragility of the earth. The decoration is deliberately disrupted and heavy speckling bleeds through from the clay body below, fracturing and scattering the surface to mirror a society under immense structural pressure.
The resulting work stands as both a reflection on a world out of balance and our shared impulse to reshape it.
